If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased through Blissfully Simple™, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange.

The following are our return policies and instructions created to ensure a hassle-free return or exchange:

  1. Product must have been purchased from www.BlissfullySimple.com in order to receive a refund. We cannot give refunds on products purchased from other retailers or Blissfully Simple™ Planners. Please go to the merchant that sold you the item for a refund.
  2. Blissfully Simple™ cannot refund shipping fees.
  3. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. The customer is also responsible for any and all shipping changes if a new product is ordered in exchanged.
  4. When returning or exchanging a product, please email support@BlissfullySimple.com to receive an authorization code. This code is required to process a return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization code.
  5. Please package your items carefully and securely along with a short statement of why you are returning or exchanging the item. Please make sure the authorization number is clearly on the package.
